Tyler Dameron is a real estate professional, growth coach, husband, dad, and believer that the best businesses are built through relationships, consistency, and doing the right thing when nobody is watching.
As a Realtor with Keller Williams Infinity, Tyler helps buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the western Chicago suburbs make smarter real estate decisions with more clarity and less chaos. His approach is direct, honest, and people focused. He believes real estate is not just about houses, contracts, marketing, or negotiation. It is about helping people move through some of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives with confidence.
Before building his real estate business, Tyler came from a background in technology, coaching, sports, and people development. That combination shaped the way he serves clients today. He uses modern tools, strong marketing, data, social media, and strategic systems, but he never lets technology replace the human side of the business. His goal is simple: help people feel informed, protected, and confident from the first conversation to the closing table and beyond.
Tyler’s business is built around the belief that time is everyone’s greatest currency. Whether he is helping a family sell a home, guiding a buyer through a competitive market, or coaching an agent who feels stuck, he focuses on creating clarity, removing unnecessary stress, and helping people take the next right step.
In addition to real estate sales, Tyler offers Growth Coaching for real estate agents who know they are capable of more but need structure, accountability, strategy, and a stronger mindset to actually build it. His coaching is not contract training, basic CRM help, or generic motivation. It is a monthly coaching partnership designed to help agents stop winging it and start building a business with intention. Through private coaching calls, weekly accountability, lead generation strategy, social media guidance, database development, and scorecard review, Tyler helps agents build better habits, stronger confidence, and more consistent momentum.
Outside of work, Tyler is a husband to Ashlee and a dad to Miles and Amelia. He is also a dog dad, sports fan, youth sports coach, music lover, sushi enthusiast, and someone who believes success means very little if it does not create a better life for the people you love. Family, growth, stability, humor, and being a steady positive presence are at the center of who he is.
